Location Services must be enabled for ManyTimer to browse and display photos

If you have used the ManyTimer option to assign photos to categories or timers, you may have noticed a pop-up asking you to allow the ManyTimer app to use your current location. If you Allow the app to use your current location, the photos will appear correctly. If you select Don't Allow, however, the photo browser will be blank and appear to keep "loading" forever.

If you have selected Don't Allow, but want to add photos to timers or categories, you can enable Location Services for ManyTimer by going to the Settings app and selecting General and then Location Services. You can turn on or off Location Services for any app that requests them, including ManyTimer. Once you change the setting, you may also need to restart ManyTimer using the following steps:

a. Double tap the home button
b. Look for the ManyTimer icon on the bottom of the screen
c. Hold your finger on the icon until the icons start to shake and show a red icon.
d. Tap the red icon on ManyTimer to close the app.
e. Restart the app by tapping its icon from the home screen.

Rest assured, that ManyTimer does not use Location Services for any reason other than allowing you to select your photos to be used within the app itself. The reason Location Services is needed is due to Apple's photo library browsing interface. The interface provides an option to access a photo's location information, which is not used by ManyTimer.

If you don't plan on using photos within ManyTimer for your categories and timers, you can safely turn off Location Services for ManyTimer.
